The Winchester Village Deed Restrictions, Covenants, and Conditions require that homeowners submit plans for exterior changes their house.
The Winchester Village Homeowner's Association has up to 30 days to respond. The association may approve, deny, or ask for changes to your plans in order to fulfill the requirements in our governing documents.
Examples of changes that need a plan submission include: - Changes to the exterior paint color of a house. - Changes to the brick/stone facade of a house. - The addition of a deck, structure, or exterior permanent fixture. - Architectural changes
