Be a Good Neighbor: Below are items we are consistently asked to address by homeowners:
Please clean up after your pet(s). If you walk your dog along or through any common areas please be considerate of others and pick up any waste left by your pet. Please also do not walk your dog across or through any private property or drive ways.
Parking in WV has been an issue. Please park in your drive whenever possible. If you cannot park in the drive please do NOT park at the end of any neighbors drive way. It makes it difficult to back out of their drive and puts your vehicle and theirs at risk of being hit.
Also, if you have a fire hydrant on your property, please keep the snow clear of it so the hydrant remains visible. If you have a catch basin in the street by your house and you notice it is blocked by snow and ice, please clear the basin to allow for proper drainage.
Thank you to all for your consideration.
